Despite only having a sixth-grade education, Frank rose to become the president and co-founder of several successful businesses, along with his wife, Theresa.
1) The Book Exchange - a chain of bookstores selling used and new books at a discount, allowing trade-ins as well.
2) Sign It Quick, Inc. - a graphic sign company franchise with several licensed locations across the southeast, marketing and producing signage for every type of business. Frank and Theresa created one of the very first sign company franchises in the US.
3) Performance International, Inc. - a marketing and sales company, which encompasses the LegalShield business with over 90,000 sales associates.
4) Rent Net, LLC – a real estate management company for over 40 debt free rental properties.
Frank is highly regarded as a speaker and trainer. He has enthralled, dazzled, and empowered audiences from 20 to 16,000 across the globe. Frank’s humor is contagious and is known to open up somewhat closed minds to learn and grow. Having fun while learning is a huge plus and a rare talent.
Holding significant positions on top of his own established businesses has been one of Frank’s amazing contributions. He and Theresa were vice presidents for Pre-Paid Legal of South Carolina (now LegalShield) for over 17 years, while growing their own companies.

THERESA C. AUCOIN
Theresa is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a master’s in education, specializing in learning disabilities and special education. She authored and published The Specific Learning Disabilities Resource Program and the EMR Curriculum Guide, which illustrated Theresa’s love and devotion for both children and teaching.
After teaching special education classes for eight years, Theresa became very involved in the business world with her husband, Frank. Together they founded the businesses described above in Frank’s information. In addition to assisting with authoring the books and materials above, Theresa has been a contributing author to The Absolute Best Way in the World for Women to Make Money.
Following her life’s passion for health and wellness, Theresa earned a Certification in Nutritional Counseling. She has been honored to speak on becoming deliberately healthy and full of vitality (and much more) in front of audiences that range in size from just a few people to 16,000.
Theresa is especially passionate about educating friends, politicians, and health practitioners about the true facts and true science about the side effects of every pharmaceutical, including vaccines. She is a proponent of “informed consent.” If everyone just simply read the insert in every pharmaceutical they consider, the known facts would help the best decisions to be made. She is an even bigger proponent of preventing illnesses, teaching how to avoid all the many health challenges we all see all too often all around us.
Theresa was featured in a two-page spread in the magazine, Live More, titled “Nutrition Sets the Stage,”
In her seventies, Theresa loves reading, learning, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, friends, chickens, gardens, and Pilates classes.
One of Theresa’s greatest joys has been partnering with her husband of fifty-plus years and writing this book.
