During his career, Tom has participated in the management buy-out of a major commodity-trading firm of which he became a director. He was also Managing Director of a private equity fund and the Chief Operating Officer of an investment bank in Asia. Tom wrote the best seller Coach Yourself To Success which is now a coaching text book.
