Welcome to my author page and thank you for being here! "Courage is at the beginning of action, happiness at the end." - Democritus Based on this sentence, I initially took many steps in one direction before I realized that another direction suited me much better - with a lot of luck. So I traveled the world, completed a degree, was a director, managing director and senior partner until I met this one person who turned my whole life upside down - for the better! We are happily married, have two wonderful children and manage everyday life as well as anyone else, with all its challenges, beautiful and exciting moments. But despite this good turn in my life, I had to pay the price for all the striving for the wrong ideals. In 2017, I was hospitalized for depression and spent many months in clinics, followed by years of therapy. We reap what we sow. Finally cured and fully back in life and with my loved ones, I decided to take the big step and focus my work on helping others. No one should have to suffer like I did if I can help it. That's why my books are an inspiration and hopefully also a help for all people who are mentally pushed to their limits - and sometimes beyond.
