She spends her time with her own business in International Education as well as writing and helping clients practice self-love and work through limiting beliefs and old paradigms that keep them from living the life they desire. She enjoys skiing, yoga, travel and spending time with her family. Her legacy is to inspire, empower and motivate others to create self-love, alter limiting beliefs, and breakthrough subconscious barriers so they can create the incredible life they are meant to have. Inspired by her own personal journey and the lessons and wisdom that she gained along the way, her writing all comes from personal experience.
