I have always been a storyteller. My wife says I still tend to share the truth creatively with a flair for live action, expressed in living color. I grew up in south Seattle and have lived in Tacoma since 1972. Initially I worked in hospitals, but joined the Boeing Airplane Company in 1979 as an Industrial Engineer and taught Employee and Leadership Development the last 15 years of that 32 year career. As a teacher, trainer, and facilitator, I often developed and taught my own material. I have written numerous short stories, dramas, and have now ventured into publishing full-length novels. "Amidst the Stones of Fire" is an apocalyptic fantasy that begins a story that culminates in "Out of the Sanctuary". I have also written a trilogy of Biblical adventures: the Christmas fantasy "The Magi and a Lady", followed by my version of the Gospel, "Hane and the Centurion," and the first third of the book of Acts, "Zach and a Guy Named Joe." I've begun another series based on God's special agent, R'gal, the archangel. "The Sword of Shenah" begins before time and ends with Noah and the flood, and "The Prince and the Soldier" which follows R'gal after the flood and all the way to the near sacrifice of Isaac. The next series will be more contemporary and will also be available on Amazon soon. I think you will find at least one of them that you'll like. Having retired from Boeing in 2011 I now spend my time writing, mentoring, teaching, acting in community theater, and enjoying my family. My wife of over 50 years, Nancy, and I live near our three children and most of our seven grandchildren. If you can’t find me at home in my office, or at Chick-fil-A, I am probably across the street playing with my neighbor’s dog, Stacy.
