A little bit about me, I am a professional advisor and expert of psychological development, I am ardent on studying all the possible information and news about Montessori education, and grew up with gastronomy influences. My parents are both restaurateurs, so gastronomy has always had a rooted place in my heart. Between their experienced advice, insights, and motivations, I took it upon myself to study and learn as much as I could about that practice, truly mastering the art over time. Along with this, I have a keen comprehension when it comes to computers. My husband is an informatics engineer, and that motivated me to learn more about information technology and computers so we could have more meaningful conversations together. Though it started with this idea, I've come to find computers quite interesting, and genuinely love reading and staying up to date as technology evolves. During this time, I was also suffering from insomnia and ended up finding a remedy within bedtime stories for adults. This strategy truly helped me sleep better, and has been my primary combative measure any time I feel like I am unable to get a good night's rest. Another area that I heavily tap into is really transforming the human mind for the better. Self-love, self-help, and self-development are all dynamic and popular terms we often hear in society these days. Though its essence may surround us, actually implementing the concept in your daily life can be hard to do if you are not sure where to start.
