Betsy's crazy about a guy named Yrtxxe, whose skin is green and whose address is Saturn. Betsy dug him out of a test tube one night and hasn't been quite the same since.... Yrtxxe isn't easy for a woman to handle. For one thing, his idea of lovemaking is to take a walk in the park and think at Betsy. That might be hot stuff up among Saturn's rings, but Betsy wants the real thing! And then a sleek slice of female named Leda comes along and loads Yrtxxe up with ticker-tape parades, keys to the city, and a presidential reception - and Betsy has more action than she knows what to do with!

I liked the characters. The story is well told. Threw me off though when it from Charlie to Zane then Zane again. I was expecting it to go boy girl boy girl. But otherwise. I loved the story.

He was just another dad at my daughter's school. Another very hot, "former teen heartthrob" dad. One I couldn't get involved with. Lennox Reign was the hottest teen star, over 15 years ago. Now, he's staring me daggers across the principal's office. Not my fault my daughter got in trouble the first day of school and I seem to have "bad mom" stamped on my forehead. But now, not only do I have to see Lennox and his very grown-up body at school drop off, but we're working together on the school bake sale.

A story that you don't want to put down.

Loved the story. Two single parents, One a teen heartthrob and one whitty smart alek mom. Their children become bffs and they find chemistry.
Only things that crept in to throw me from the story was repetive use of descriptions and ones that didn't make sense. Like my stomach lurched, I think lurch means to jet forward and a few others. Also repetitive descriptions like heart raced and raced even more and again. And I didn't love the narrator, she was stuffy, but you still can get lost in the story and want to hear more.
It's a great story that wants you don't want to put down.

This totally reminded me of Confessions of a Shopaholic. The humor was spot on. It was so well written and i love the narrator. Nailed It! I've listened to other narrators with British Accents and I spent more time trying to mentally translate into English (American English) and finally just gave up, but this man was perfect. Well done!

Truely enjoyed this book. I listened for the first three hours straight. The narrator keeps the story smoothly moving. The characters are intriguing loved the horror. So well written. It's truely worthy of 5 stars. It is so professionally written and a great engaging story line.

I truely enjoyed this series. Great narration, well written/spoken. I really liked the characters. They were well developed and interesting. I enjoyed the stories. I have to admit though that I did skip over the detail about her telling everyone that she was leaving, I wanted to get straight to the mystery! lol. I will be reading and listening to more for sure.
