While there is some prepping knowledge to be gleaned, the characters of the story are frustrating and lack common sense which makes it hard to listen to.
The only good parts are the narrator and the vague description of the breakdown of society when SHTF.
The biased political agenda and the rabbit trail ramblings in the book also make it hard to listen to
I should have read through the other reviews before purchasing this.
However, I will recommend the narrator and keep an eye out for other books he has read.

It was well written as well as well read.. Knowledgeable while keeping on point and avoiding rabbit trails. I really appreciated this book and will be checking out more of his work.

I have been searching for my path for years and within this book I have definitely found it. In a sense, it gave me "permission" to embrace what those around me consider taboo. His ability to communicate profoundly with precision in a simple way had me hooked. I now own all his books. I highly recommend this book and all his others.
