Story
Holotropic means "moving toward wholeness," from the Greek holos (whole) and trepein (moving in the direction of). The breathwork utilizes the remarkable healing and transformative potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness. These states engender a rich array of experiences with unique healing potential - reliving childhood memories, infancy, birth and prenatal life, and elements from the historical and archetypal realms of the collective unconscious.

Holotropic breath work is trademarked. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Great history/intro to holotropic breath work. What negates all the positives is the fact that he trademarked the words “Holotropic breathing” lol. Everyone can do this for free. You don’t need to go to $500 seminar to learn how to hyperventilate. Go watch some tutorials on YouTube for free.

If you’ve read a “self help/dev” book then don’t read this lol
Reviewed: 07-03-20
I’m noticing a common trend in the “self help genre”. Everyone mentions Epictetus & Marcus Aurelius.
Go read the works of Epictetus and Marcus Aurelius meditations and you’ll be good to go lol Saved you $100+ and the time wasted reading books on this genre.

Read Atomic Habits instead. New to Self Development/Motivation? This is the book for you lol

It was ok.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that’s listened/read more than one self dev/motivational book.
Voice was a little annoying in my opinion.
Also let’s keep the ads for Success Magazine out of this. People don’t need to pay for a subscription to Success Magazine to learn everything you talked about lol
