Story
Logic is doing his best to stay focused on just living. After the death of his brother, he decides to leave the streets alone. He can't imagine his mother having to bury another son or visit him in jail. But the idea of letting his brother's killer go free is really weighing heavily on him. Especially knowing his brother's killer was the one person he used to trust the most. Joy has been watching Logic for months and knows that she has to have him. This man is everything. There is a certain mystery about him that pulls her in and won't let go.

This story was not what I thought it would be. That mama and daddy(especially that mama) was just trifling. Glad Joy had Karma and she met Logic. It was a cute story. The narration was great.

Story
When 26-year-old Reese accepts a position as a grad assistant, she has no idea an unpleasant encounter with a student will lead to the discovery of what she calls "the trifecta": fine, intellectual, and a little bit rude - three qualities she finds irresistible in a man. She has no intention of doing anything with that discovery. But everybody knows what happens to best laid plans. Jason is a grown man. He's at Blakewood State University to finish his degree and move on. The last thing he's interested in is the female population on campus...Reese might be a notable exception.

I loved this enemies to lovers. The back and forth with Jason and Reese was hilarious. Especially when Jason sent that email. Jason was there for Reese even when her so called man wouldn’t. And Jason loved the fact she treated him normal after finding out about his injury. Mama Imara and Daddy Joseph was so cute. On on to the next brother.

Murderer is a title she never expected to wear. Friend? Sure. Boss? Hell yes. But murderer? Never. If only she hadn’t threatened exactly that, just before someone winds up dead, and her fingerprints are all over the murder weapon. All he wanted was to live a quiet life, without all the danger and darkness of his past. Those plans are blown when he’s accused of a crime he has nothing to do with, leaving him with a hard decision…remain in the shadows, or do what he can to help a friend?

CCJ never disappoints. This story kept me interested from beginning to end. Monica and Wick…. I loved their chemistry (even though Wick made me mad on how he did my girl) I was surprised at the ending cause I was really trying to figure out who was stalking my girl.

Story
I fell for William Grayson in a matter of minutes. The connection between us was undeniable, but our timing was off. I was dating someone and by the time I was single again, he was taken. And a year later, when we finally got together, it was clear that we were soul mates. But circumstances out of our control cut our time short.

All I can say is WOW!!!! Why did I wait so long for this listen? I enjoyed every minute of it. The chemistry and the love between the two main characters was so sweet. I was in tears in the end. They had each other back till the very end. And I loved that because they were all each other had. I’m sad right now typing this review. I will be reading more of this authors work. The narration was so good.
