all is great however Dale continued to get his voices mixed up and for the first several books he mispronounced Voldimort's name.

Bad Reading
Reviewed: 06-29-24
The books themselves are of course fantastic. However this has to be the worst reader I have ever had. He mixes up voices and isn't consistent. He also has this horrible tendency to extend his words in this sort of begging sound. it's annoying as hell. Of all the people who could have read the book he was the worst choice. If I had to chose the best people to read them from the movie cast it would be rickman and gambon, but they are both dead. Frankly anyone but this guy.

Story
The destruction of the Death Star by the Rebel Alliance was a decisive blow against the Empire, but Palpatine and his monstrous enforcer, Darth Vader, are no less of a threat. The brutal extermination of Alderaan not only demonstrated the magnitude of their murderous power, but served as a chilling testament to their resolve to crush the Rebel uprising. Standing against them, Skywalker, Solo, and the Princess remain uncertain opponents. Luke is gifted and brave, but unschooled in the power he possesses.

Good story so so narration

Story is good but the voices are a little wonky. Specifically han and Luke. Han sounds like family guy is trying badly to sound like han and Luke sounds like a whiny kid.

Ok at best

Book seems to be ok. But I dont think he is an operator. He dosnt talk like one. The worst part out the whole thing though is the narration and writing. It sounds like a school report. And the narrator has the random pauses and bad inflections. skip it.

I read this book when younger and came back for the nastalaga. It was my favorite xwing book. And yeat all of these are only around 3 hours long. Come to find out they are abridged. I can't find that anywhere on the store page. So not only have I been missled but also I have been sorry disappointed.
