This book helped me to understand all my mental illnesses in a pure, understandable, true way. with the narrator being the one who wrote the book I liked her attitude I liked her way of explaining things in the book and how she read it out loud and I felt comfortable reading this book unless well listening to this book with the narrator who is the Arthur good book to read to learn from if you've been struggling with a mental illness up until all the mental illnesses most of them give it a try if you really willing to get better to find what's going on within yourself it All leads to from the brain

IT WAS A SPERITUAL AWAKENING ,AND BROUGHT BACK THE ME I ONCE WAS GROWING UP THAT I LOST SO SO LONG AGO!! NOW IM NOT LOST ,I FOUND MYSELF AGAIN AND I OWE IT ALL TO WHO WROTE THIS BOOK AND GOD. ITS A MUST READ BOOK!!
