Ugh narrator’s voice
Reviewed: 05-13-25
I’m going to switch to reading the book on my kindle because could no longer stand the narrator making smacking noises. She sounded like she had a dry mouth and needed a drink of water. It was gross and annoying

Story
The strongest lies aren’t the ones we tell others—they’re the ones we tell ourselves. I thought I'd found my fairy tale ending when Andrew Chadwick saved my life during a hotel fire and gave me a whirlwind love story I didn’t think existed. But trusting him made me vulnerable, and believing in the impossible made me an easy target. Six months later, we're celebrating our dream wedding at an exclusive island resort, where every luxury imaginable is at our fingertips. It should be perfect. It should be paradise. But it's not.

Thirteen years ago, Cole and Lisa Shipley were fostering an infant with hopes of adopting her. Overnight everything was turned upside down, when the child’s mother bled to death on their front doorstep. Her last words: He’s coming here…for her! Save her. 3.8 ⭐️ Entertaining! This one reads like a novella: so much to cover and not a lot of pages to do it - so let's floor it! lol

Story
Meghan, Brecia, and Skye have just one thing in common. They were all murdered by the same man. He hunted them online, masquerading as an eligible bachelor. Then he played the perfect gentleman, a thick layer of charm and a thousand-watt smile hiding the fact that his first dates end in shallow graves. He’s gotten away with murder three times now. The only thing that might keep him from killing again? The women he murdered. Meghan, Brecia, and Skye might be dead, but they’re not gone. They’ve found each other. And they won’t rest until they find a way to stop him.
