It read like a high school romance novel
Reviewed: 02-08-25
It seemed so very sappy and overly dramatic between the main characters and far less of a mystery than a high school romance.

Couldn’t get past the narration…
Reviewed: 04-23-22
I wanted to get into this book, but couldn’t get past the first two hours because of the narration. As others mentioned it was much too monotone for my liking and I just couldn’t get past it and had to stop.

Too much torture detail
Reviewed: 08-07-21
I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to for this book. The plot itself was interesting if not for the what felt like hours of detailed description of torture. I ended up fast forwarding through several chapters just to get through it. Just wanted to give a heads up to those that were wanting to listen to a psychological thriller but were not anticipating so much detail about torture and rape.
