I read Nolan, Fairlane, Ezraharden first and I liked reading the prequels first cause I see and notice the little details I wouldt have noticed otherwise

I loved this book. I am slowly falling in love with Michael Sullivan's writing and world's. I only just started have just read/ listened to Nolan.

I love the world Michael sullivan is building. I intentionally tried to listen slowly because I a getting the 3rd book pre-ordered.
the characters are so believable. and the little hints to the world of Nolan just had me squealing and waiting for Farilene to figure it out.
now the ending I understand why it had to happen like that and it wasn't about our girl Fairilene but I am so sad and mad. I want to be selfish and let them have their happy ending. But the best books and worlds often leave us feeling like it's not fair.
can't wait to read more from Michael sullivan

it is very good... brings real memories of losing s parent if you have that trigger. the character griefs as I had when I lost my mom.

I is the third book in the series and all I am thinking is I need more. I love the character and how they feel fully like real people

it is very good. its got the mystery, very Sherlock homles. not subtle at all on that front, you don't feel dumb about not guessing the answer. and it's not so so simple that it makes the lead up boring. I would recommend this read. I enjoy the characters. the slow burn slight enemies to lovers
old bully grew up kind of thing.
there is some spice... really just 2 scenes. well done and believable, if kind of short

I think the ending was rushed, and so all the set up didn't really get the justice it deserved. alot of Elaine's vision feel like they are being told over and over, with slight changes so that maybe annoying to some. but I think that it is a well rounded story. with the typical set backs that if they were just honest and talked about things maybe half the conflicts wouldn't have been an issue. but thats how stories work.
it was a different take on the Arthur tale that gives the women of the time more urgency, and fully fleshed out character arcs.

I felt for the main character as she goes through the story uncovering the clues of the mystery and the struggles if being a woman different than other girls, when a time where girls had a strict idea of who they could be.
