Story
COVID-19: The Great Reset, by Klaus Schwab and Thierry Malleret, begins with a reflection on how COVID-19 has triggered a worldwide crisis, not just through the tragic loss of life that it has incurred, but also on economic systems and the vulnerability of human life itself. It has caused, above everything, a global existential crisis that is likely to impact life, as we know it forever. Despite our most fervent hopes, we will not return to normal, as we know it, whatever our beliefs and concerns about the draconian measures employed to keep the virus contained.

So the book was published July 2020. Most of not all of the prediction he stated have happened or are in the works as I type. The reasoning as the author has labeled it I am not totally convinced. and no reasonable person would be. But no lies where told as it unfolded at a time when the author had no way to know unless they had a extremely intimate understanding of the workings of government any economies. Good read

The true story of what took place in Donald Trump’s White House during a disastrous 2020 has never before been told in full. What was really going on around the president, as the government failed to contain the coronavirus and over half a million Americans perished? Who was influencing Trump after he refused to concede an election he had clearly lost and spread lies about election fraud? To answer these questions, Phil Rucker and Carol Leonnig reveal a dysfunctional and bumbling presidency’s inner workings in unprecedented, stunning detail.

We are facing an overwhelming army of deadly, invisible enemies. We need a plan - before it's too late. Unlike natural disasters, whose destruction is concentrated in a limited area over a period of days, and illnesses, which have devastating effects but are limited to individuals and their families, infectious disease has the terrifying power to disrupt everyday life on a global scale, overwhelming public and private resources and bringing trade and transportation to a grinding halt.

This is the most petty thing I have ingested all year. Waste of time, don't do it. Her self victimizing in the midst of obvious privilege was disgusting at best nauseating most of the time. I tried to put myself in her shoes but over and over I felt all her actions were self-serving. And to listen to her lie over and over angered me. Did she get used lied to and lied on? Yes! But she brought it all on herself, turning a blind eye to cruelty and ignoring the suffering of others while pushing petty agendas and caring what people are wearing. ps WHO CARES WHAT PEOPLE WEAR? This book sucked I want my credit back.
