I really loved this entire book and it really gave me more of what I wanted, animal pals, chill fishing humourous moments, and just genuine love for each other. Everything about it was fantastic and the amazing Heath Miller really crushed it. Thanks Haylock Jobson for such a fantastic series and Podium for publishing this.

definitely enjoyed this audiobook and it was so well done I felt like I was listening to an audio play! screenie is pretty amazing and they really did a great job with all of the voice actors for the characters.

I absolutely loved this audiobook due to the simple slice of life perspective it offered. it had so many good moments and the characters are quite wonderful (Sargeant Snipps is the best!)

Definitely suggest this if you want a LITRPG without a ton of stats or super high stakes and something more chill.

Jeff and Annie continue to really knock it out of the park. they just bounce back and forth (in a good way) and really flesh out the various characters. the special effects for the various sounds really draw you in and encourage you to really imagine everything to be done. no spoilers, but Dalton is amazing :)

I had previously never heard of this LITRPG but decided to give it a go. HOLY MOLY IS IT WONDERFUL! The characters have a lot of banter, the premise is enjoyable, and overall it's a wonderful listen. Add on to all this the great usage of sound effects that help bring this from just an audiobook to an enjoyable listening experience. Highly recommend this book if you enjoy LitRPGs. one last thing to note is both Jeff Hays and Annie Ellicott really nail the characters voices and make each character stand out.

I quite enjoyed the Two Weeks curse and actually laughed at a few parts of it. I was unsure at first, but quickly found myself wanting to keep listening to it any chance I got.
