So cute! My first by this author! Holly and John begin exchanging notes on the hood of Holly’s car and keep it up for a while without ever meeting. I loved that there is some real emotional depth to the story even though it is so short. I kind of wish it was a full-length novel. I own a few of Abby’s books-I should read them soon. I enjoyed this!

The audio is wonderful. Narrated by Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber are both fantastic. Perfect length to listen to while out running errands.

This is SO cute. I loved everything about it. I smiled all the way thru listening. And at 1 hr, 56 minutes, it’s a perfect length to listen to over two days’ commute.

This is my first by Christina Lauren, are they all so wonderful? Is this what I’ve been missing!?

I loved this. Is it a cult story or a supernatural story? I won’t say except that it’s really creepy, and got creepier and more gory as the story progressed. This story contains horror connected to grief, which just hits hard. I always love Joe Hill’s work and this was a lot of fun to read, especially coming up on the Halloween season. I sort of wish it was longer-I’d love to know more about the Sin Planters.

The nice, short length at just 1:31 meant it was easy for me to start and finish while commuting. Narrator Robert Petkoff did a great job💯

I’ve been looking forward to this Creature Feature collection on Amazon & Audible for ages. So glad it’s finally available!

This is my first Meghan Quinn story and for some reason I thought her books were quite sexy? Perhaps her others are, but this wasn't at all. It was "sweet" and would make a really fun Hallmark-y holiday movie. I actually really enjoy sweet romantic comedies like this one because I feel like stories lose themselves when they try to be too sexy for their length. I wouldn't have minded a longer story featuring these two and their second chance romance. More details about the two of them and their pasts and the rekindling of their relationship could have been a lot of fun, but this short little story was fun too.

Very cute. A quick listen with great narration. I definitely think listening is the way to go if you're able to grab an audiobook.

Very sweet, very Hallmark-y story of a screenwriter (for Hallmark movies, actually) who travels from LA back to her tiny hometown in the mountains for Christmas as a favor to her grandmother. I love holiday stories where a character that has been jaded by the holiday ends up finding her love for Christmas again. This is one of those stories. I tried listening to the audio and couldn't make it even thru the first chapter. The narrator has a strange way of speaking and ending her sentences. It constantly brought me out of the story, so after just a few minutes, I stopped listening and just read most of the story on my Kindle.

So cute and sweet and practically saturated with Christmas, which is what I want in a Christmas read!! This is a forced-proximity novella that ultimately centers around a pregnant foster dog in need of a forever home. Mary and her foster dog Angel are driving up in the snowy mountains of Colorado, on their way home for Christmas, when they have an accident and are stranded. They make their way on foot to the nearest cabin, which belongs to hunky, grumpy Nick. Nick is the host of one of the most popular podcasts out there and he also appears to be anti-Christmas. Of course, Mary and Nick develop feelings during their short stay together, and of course, Angel the dog helps him open his heart back up to Christmas. Nick even features Angel the dog on one of his "pawdcast" episodes!! It's a dog story that isn't sad, with a happy ending!!

I SO wish this was a Hallmark movie. I would watch it over and over.

This was released first as an Audible Original with Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke narrating, and it is fantastic. I loved it so much that I also bought the Kindle novella, which was just released a couple of weeks ago. I haven't ever read anything by Emily March (Eternity Springs Series) but I may have to go back and start that series. This one was charming as hell.

I love reading books by Debbie Macomber because these stories tend to know exactly what they are. This one was short and easy without any drama. One of her "classics" with an HEA. I listened to it after a very long, sweeping historical fiction story, and it was the perfect choice to keep me occupied during a particularly busy week at home and work. Parts of the story were a little bit silly and quite predictable, and-if I'm being honest-I got annoyed with the male and female leads at various points as the story progressed. But I never got stressed about the story, and that's exactly what I wanted when I picked it up.

I bought the audiobook so I could listen while I worked. Nancy Peterson narrates nicely.

This is a collection of short stories by the fabulous C.J. Box. Some of the stories feature Joe Pickett and/or Nate Romanowski from the Joe Pickett series, and some take place outside of the Pickett universe. All are very good, but there are a few standouts. The best part of this writing, as always with this author, are his descriptions of nature. He has an amazing ability to drop me right into the wilds of the Wyoming mountains, and I couldn't love that more.

As with every installment in the Pickett series, I listened to Shots Fired on audio because it is narrated by the wonderful David Chandler. It was nice to be able to listen to stories that I could begin and end on the same errand uptown, or while I was completing one chore. I still have a few of the Pickett books left and there is no other way I would rather consume these stories than by listening to Mr. Chandler's narration.

A short story told by a woman who was in a concentration camp along with her beloved pregnant sister. The story is epistolary, told in letters to the unborn baby. Lots of sadness, but there is also hope. Narration is great. Beautiful accent.
