This one is wonderful! One of my favorites in this series. Several plot twists. Will probably read the entire series again as soon as I finish the last book.

Max cannot recall a time when Aurelia did not vex him. If she was not his friend's sister, he would stay far away from the infuriating vixen. Unfortunately they are always thrown together. At parties and family gatherings - she is always there. Mocking him, tossing punch in his face, driving him mad - until one night she goes too far, and he retaliates in the only way he can: with a kiss that changes everything.

Story
Shopgirl Poppy Fairchurch knows it's pointless fantasizing about the Duke of Autenberry. Still, dreams can't hurt anyone, unlike the carriage Poppy spies bearing down upon the unsuspecting duke. After she pulls him to safety, the duke lapses into a coma, and Poppy is mistaken for his fiancée. But one person isn't fooled: his arrogant and much too handsome half brother, Struan Mackenzie. Soon Poppy isn't sure what she wants more: the fantasy of her duke or the reality of one smoldering Scot who challenges her.

Carmen Rose is one of my favorite performer of romantic English/Scottish stories. Her performance of the characters voices keeps one wanting to hear more of the story.

Story
Serving as a powerful follow-up to Jordan Peterson’s book 12 Rules for Life, Dr. Gad Saad unpacks what is really happening in progressive safe zones, why we need to be paying more attention to these trends, and what we must do to stop the spread of dangerous thinking. A professor at Concordia University who has witnessed this troubling epidemic firsthand, Dr. Saad dissects a multitude of these concerning forces (corrupt thought patterns, belief systems, attitudes, etc.) that have given rise to a stifling political correctness in our society.

I like the ideas of Gad Saad being fleshed out in full. I am particularly intrigued by the concept of the homeostasis of victimology. I only with Saad would have read it himself.

Why did I wait so long?

What did you love best about My Mother Was Nuts?
I purchased this book in October 2012 and didn't listen to it until May 2017, Why did I wait so long? I have no clue! It is so good I plan to listen to it again some day,This was an interesting book, made even more so because it is narrated by Penny Marshall. Penny is so funny and the way she tells the story is like you are visiting her in her home. I laughed out loud several times. I enjoyed all the stories about what went into getting the TV shows and movies made and the people who help make her the person she is today.
