While the title of the book seems to be targeting adult women, I still picked it to know the difference (I’m a male). This book is among my first resources on this subject and I’ve been learning a lot. Good practical tips to practice. One of the things I started implementing is to write down what I have done throughout the day. It helps me to know how I'm spending my days because I constantly feel that weeks fly by and I don't know even remember how I spent them whenever I look back.

It’s a book that I will definitely re-listen to! Mainly for the second part of the book that contained A LOT of actionable tips. I was actually happy when I realized that the e-book is included as well; that way I can highlight the actionable steps instead of re-writing them. My first “aha” moments are in chapter 2. I know I’m an introvert so I have resonated to a lot of it; but some points made me dig deeper about my personality (e.g: I wonder if this is the reason why I acted this way during “that” event). I personally know someone who is charismatic, and I have noticed how positively he makes people feel after the interaction and leaves a good impression. While listening to the book, there were times when I have said “he does that”; as if I now have a glimpse of the “behind the scenes “of what the person is doing.

The chapter that explain how to get the spouse on board with real estate investing was helpful. I had a hard time sharing my view with my partner before; but now we have been openly discussing the options that we have. And also benefited from learning the common mistakes that many real estate investors make, so we make sure to avoid those.

I really enjoyed listening to this book; some nuggets here and there. It's one of those that you can listen to in the background while doing errands; which is my favorite style of books. For me personally, I resonated to the willpower section due to something in my personal life. I did have an "aha" moment in that subsection. And I always welcome "how to stop procrastinating" tips.
