Story
Bad luck has always followed Olivia Marshall...or maybe she's just the screw-up her family thinks she is. But when a "What are you wearing?" text from a random wrong number turns into the hottest, most entertaining - albeit anonymous - relationship of her life, she thinks things might be on the upswing.

Welp, far from my favorite

I DNF this one. FMC is too irritating and selfish to make this work. I feel like they fell for each other just based on proximity.

Story
Sometimes I need an escape from the demands, the puck bunnies, and the notoriety that come with being an NHL team captain. I just want to be a normal guy for a few weeks. So when I leave Chicago for some peace and quiet, the last thing I expect is for a gorgeous woman to literally fall into my lap on a flight to Alaska. Even better, she has absolutely no idea who I am.

Fun story

I really enjoyed this book. Some subplots feel a bit unfinished, but all in all it kept me entertained. There was enough humor and steam to get me through the angst. I have been on a romantic comedy (with some romantic drama thrown in here and there) binge. That may be why I am becoming more critical with some of the books I have listened to lately. This story helped me enjoy what I was listening too without feeling the need to pick it apart.

Good premise, narration hard to follow

While I thought the plot was fine the narrator made countless mistakes. Mispronounced place names, pronoun changes for characters, using the wrong names for key characters. It was a bit of a mess and took me out of the story.
