Very well written and told

I have been watching this political fiasco unfold like a train wreck happening before my eyes. I am so thankful to people like Andrew McCabe and others coming forward to share with us their accounts of events. I feel like these accounts will be vital moving forward. History will show this to be a very complicated and dark time in our timeline. McCabe's account of the events could potentially be taught in the ways that the Boston Tea Party have been, or even the accounts around Lincoln in the heat of the Civil War.
Thank you, sir, for your love of country and your story.

Story
Set in present-day Los Angeles, Junk explores an epic conspiracy, one at work for thousands of years that involves total takeover of the planet Earth by aliens. In the wild, souped-up vision of Les Bohem - the acclaimed, Emmy-winning writer of the Steven Spielberg miniseries, Taken - the world is at the end stage of long-range plot that involves a gigantic genetic-engineering project. The aliens who have invaded us have no planet. No spaceship is coming. Instead, a small advance force comes, breeds, and dies - thus becoming an anomaly in our DNA that can’t be explained.

Gruesome and horrid, the story within is gripping and will not let you go. The brutality is not for the faint of heart, but it is described so well.
And I absolutely loved John Waters' fantastic reading of the material. I would listen to him describe paint dry all day long. Luckily he had a brilliant story to tell thanks to the author.

The world will end on Saturday. Next Saturday. Just before dinner, according to The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch, the world's only completely accurate book of prophecies, written in 1655. The armies of Good and Evil are amassing and everything appears to be going according to Divine Plan. Except that a somewhat fussy angel and a fast-living demon are not actually looking forward to the coming Rapture. And someone seems to have misplaced the Antichrist.

In The Red and the Blue, cable news star and acclaimed journalist Steve Kornacki follows the twin paths of Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich, two larger-than-life politicians who exploited the weakened structure of their respective parties to attain the highest offices. For Clinton, that meant contorting himself around the various factions of the Democratic party to win the presidency. Gingrich employed a scorched-earth strategy to upend the permanent Republican minority in the House, making him speaker.

In Everything Trump Touches Dies, political campaign strategist and commentator Rick Wilson brings his darkly funny humor and biting analysis to the absurdity of American politics in the age of Trump. Wilson mercilessly exposes the damage Trump has done to the country, to the Republican Party he served for decades, and to the conservative movement that has abandoned its principles for the worst president in American history. No left-winger, Wilson is a lifelong conservative who delivers his withering critique of Trump from the right.

Having the author narrate made perfect sense in this book. Rick Wilson's wit and tone could have only been told through him.
As for the story, it is both eye opening and laid out well. His outlook on this bizarre situation holds some deep insight. There were a few pieces I struggled with, mainly the future telling jokes, but it was a great read over all.
Everyone should read this, especially those that see the title and become the least bit enraged.
