Story
Occult Feminism: The Secret History of Women's Liberation dives deep into the occult roots of the movement, detailing the lives of some of its most prominent figures and the esoteric beliefs that inspired and motivated them. Since the 1970s, everything we learn about the history of the women's movement has been subject to gatekeeping by radicals who run women's studies departments in universities. But there's an entire history that has been obscured from public view.

The real history of the feminist movement and how this evil was forced on us be the people who consider themselves elite. women are being forced to believe in the feminist lie, not have families, and be nothing but a wage drone. If women were given this information before they are brainwashed, they can find true happiness, not become an eternal victim.

Story
It would appear that, after two years of relative slacking, the Hero of Chaos is once again facing an ever-growing workload. Boxxy had been quite fortunate to obtain an exceptionally potent pawn with very little effort, but that was still effort it did not intend to expend. Sensing it might get dragged into things it really doesn't want to bother with, the creature makes haste to depart Velos and its orcs so that it may continue its private preparations for the upcoming Dragon Festival.

The boss fight was great and very well written.
I've listened to this episode twice and most likely will listen to it a few more times.
I will miss Boxy when this series is finished.

Story
It's been three long years since Deadbreak. That's what everyone's calling it - the day the dead rose. Every day since then, Jeremiah Reid has had one goal: to make his way back to his daughter. With his four-legged companion, Joe, Jeremiah has to travel a lawless wasteland teeming with zombies, bandits, and worse, like people who put anchovies on pizza (you know who you are). It's a new world out there, and no one is safe. People are weary, cities are in ruin, supplies are scarce, and brains are on the menu.

Story
I played all those cool video games. I watched all those movies. I even read the books. In most of 'em, the hero shoots the bad guys, drives a sweet car, never gets hungry, and always seems to get laid by the end. Yeah. Whatever. I gotta be straight with you about why I wrote this journal, and it comes down to one thing, the apocalypse kinda sucks. It doesn’t meet my expectations at all.

I was not impressed with the story. Good premise, but not executed in a believable way. It got predictable in many parts. . I’m not sure if the author has ever held his breath under water, but some of the people in the story would have to be superhuman to do the underwater things described.

Some of the characters are still flat and say a lot of cliché stuff. I really like that I can’t figure out where the story is going as plot twists keep me engaged. Too bad the author has lost focus on this series and there is no telling when the third book will be coming out, if ever. I would have not started listening to this trilogy if I had realized that the third book had not yet been written.

Good Story, not so great writing
Reviewed: 11-19-21
I liked the story line and the overall story. I would like to get other books in the series, but I can't stand the author's writing style. This book is 18 hours and 56 minutes, eight hours was wasted on OVER DESCRIBING details to the point of making me say, “Get on with it!” The story jumps back and forth as one minute the story is being told in past tense then flips to present, and did I mention over describing every single thing. Well, I’m on to find something better written without painfully over describing every detail. Great performance by Christopher Grant!

Story
Nic Haydock, “Nac” to his friends, because, as they said, saying he had a knack for fixing and improving mechanical devices was the understatement of all time. After spending 10 years on Titan where he went through rehab and attended college, he was now returning home to Conclave Station. Reuniting with his lifelong friends - Mal, a computer genius, and Jazz, a natural-born pilot, he started a mining and shipping business. However, while repairing their rock-tug, they stumbled upon a way to control artificial gravity, creating a gravitational force field.

Cool Story, but only two books in the "trilogy"
Reviewed: 08-15-21
It was a great idea for a story, lost of twists and turn to keep you guessing. The one thin that brought the story down was the two women Jazz, and Jade were air heads, even though they were pilots they didn't understand the workings of their own ships. They seem to be there to make stereotypical snide comments, fly around and to shop for clothes and shoes. Too bad the author has lost focus on this series and there is no telling when the third book will be coming out, if ever. I would have not started listening to this trilogy if I had realized that the third book had not yet been written.

Robotic and so much whining
Reviewed: 07-17-21
The narrator was so robotic and would have spoiled any half decent story, and that what this story is, half decent. The captain and the ambassador were poorly written characters. I go so sick of the ambassador and her whining and self doubt and teleporter fear that I was kind of rooting to have her killed off. The captain wasn't much better, for half the story he bumbled about and didn't shine until it was time to fight. The story was disjointed at best, things were mentioned and made to sound important, but nothing came of it, making me wonder if it was just fluff added to make the book longer.
I'll listen to the sample of the next book in the series, if it sounds like this one I guess I'll call it quits and find something else to listen to.
Yup, narrator is Jeffery Kafer and the sample has made me decide to call it quits.

Use of weapons not realistic
Reviewed: 03-02-21
There are just too many times in this series that the weapons are not used correctly of have way too much damage. Also, Deputy Marshal Mason Raines doesn't have the ability to change with the times and keeps wanting to have an old western quick draw contest. Deputy Marshal Mason Raines also can't think ahead when it comes to weapons, he only has one pistol and one rifle. He is also able to do a barrel change on an AR-15 without any tools. The author only has book knowledge about weapons and it shows.
If it wasn’t for the Tanner and Samantha part of the story line I would have given up on this series after the first book. However, I can’t slog through anymore to hear about Tanner and Samantha.
I will not get any more of this series.
