I love this cookbook. Such great, easy recipes that make me feel good. What a resource. She breaks it down so eating healthy doesn't feel overwhelming. Basic ingredients and short cook times will make feeding the kids easy!

I am a full time accountant and a part time student working on my masters. To prepare for the CPA I knew I would have to work on my memory so I took time out of my busy schedule to work on my memory. I am so pleased. Used this over the weekend for a midterm and I am so impressed with the system. This is a must for any student. I just wish I could have learned these techniques sooner, it would have been so helpful in all of my schooling.
