Everybody should read this!
Sometimes does it gets hard to get things done-this book will make it easy. Andrew Benson is a wonderful writer who never ceases to amaze and wow me! Now I understand not only why I never get to do things I have planned, but also how I can get them done feeling satisfied and happy, giving my self a much-deserved pat on the back.
The book is enjoyable and fun to listen to, a lot of illustrations (quite interesting ones) given to aid understanding, practical and real-life examples that actually smirk at you (cos they are what you do every day). She exposed a number of secrets hidden openly in our lives.
She didn't just tell how to improve one's self-discipline, she showed how to do it with so much ease and making really fun. Highly recommended!.
