Great book. Awful music and sound design.

This one of my favorite series. I even read them to kids. the bad jazz, weird screams, and "yeah"s in between every one of the 115 chapters made me want to rip my hair out. If it had been any other book I would have quit in chapter 3. Makes me sad, I can't give a higher score.

Story
They call me mad, but I don’t see anything wrong with using science to create the perfect monster girl. They call me insane, but I just want to live my life with a harem of beautiful cat-girls, bear-girls, fox-girls, snake-girls, and...well, pretty much any type of monster girl. They call me a megalomaniac, but why wouldn’t any red blooded man want to make cute babies with all these beautiful monster girls? They call me evil, but they just don’t realize that I’d destroy anyone who tries to harm my monster girls.

lots of fun but limited vocabulary

I love the actors. Marissa is both fun and sexy in her delivery and Alex Prone does a great job mixing embarrassed nervousness around women with pissed off mad scientist and revolutionary. Sex came in more than halfway through, but it was appropriate timing for the story. The author clearly didn't want to be hentai in vocal form, but a story with sex in it. I respect that.
My problem comes in the somewhat limited vocab of the writer. His favourite word is Oceanic. He uses the word every time he looks Val in the eyes which he does several times per chapter. He also seems to like to the words throbbing and member, a lot. Overall a good time, but I do wish there'd been more variety of descriptive language.

Story
Mad scientists have never had it so tough. In super-hero comics, graphic novels, films, TV series, video games, and even works of what may be fiction, they are besieged by those who stand against them, devoid of sympathy for their irrational, megalomaniacal impulses to rule, destroy, or otherwise dominate the world as we know it. It’s just not fair. So those of us who are so twisted and sick that we love mad scientists have created this guide.

Wonderful performances with mini great stories

Really enjoyed this book overall. Maybe five or six duds out of the entire thing. Which for an anthology of this size, is very impressive.
