Story
Madison Huntington is determined to live her dreams. That means getting out from under her family’s wealth and influence by saying no to the family business, her allowance, and her home. But on a teacher’s salary, the real world comes as a rude awakening. To get a place of her own (without cockroaches, mold, or crime scene tape), Madison accepts a position as a roommaid. In exchange for free room and board, all she needs to do is keep her busy roommate’s penthouse clean and his dog company.

The two main characters seemed one dimensional. The narration was over the top and grew tiring.

Struggled finishing this one
Reviewed: 04-04-23
Some interesting plot lines but just didn’t relate to how easily Beau accepted and became an expert in helping Stacey deal with her severe OCD. Had a hard time finishing this one. Also performance was a bit subpar.

Nice story line

A feel good story with an interesting plot. but should have been much shorter. Had to keep skipping when it got bogged down. Reader did a fairly decent job but his singing just didn’t cut it.

Performance disappointing

Found the performance tedious. Also far too much time devoted to the physical attraction between the central characters that would have been better spent moving the plot along.

Once again too much repetition
Reviewed: 11-16-21
Christi Caldwell is churning out so many novels she’s relying on repeating phrases and referencing incidents over and over to increase the word count. Plots have grown thin and exposition reigns. Time to find another author.
