Story
In The Binge Eating Cure, you will learn specific step-by-step strategies to help you be able to overcome any desire or urge to binge eat. While many books will tell you not to eat certain foods and give you strategies to help you stop consuming them, they aren't dealing with the source of the problem.

great book/ bad narrator
Reviewed: 06-03-15
This is thee book that gives you the tools to overcome and cure food addiction and involuntary binge eating. However, Amanda Smith, the narrator butchers the English language to the point where she even ignores punctuation. I'd be happy to volunteer to redo the audio for this book at no charge because I do feel her bad pronunciation takes away some of the impact of the truly good info that the book does contain. Nonetheless, if you're poweless over pizza and compulsive around chocolate, buy this book right now! It's a life changer!!

Just advice for weight loss- NOT treatment
Reviewed: 06-03-15
This 21 min book is just basic weight loss advice that we've all heard before. "Eat 5 times per day. Eat more protein. Figure out what's bothering you. Dont keep sweets in the house. Talk to someone. Join an exercise group. Find a hobby that you enjoy..." This book is not qualified to help anyone who's falling down a shame spiral after eating an entire pie or after hitting 2 drive throughs in a row and is shaking & feeling faint because of a huge overdose of sugar- treatment of a disorder like this needs to be taken as seriously as a drug or alcohol addict. People with this disorder need to learn coping mechanisms for shame & lack of control. This book doesn't contain any of that.
