Another solid addition to the series

I like the series and the main character, Spencer, however I would really like to see more growth in her character. In over book thus far she has eventually gone off on her own. The bad person. in the last nook pegged your character as someone full of hubris. I am hoping that this ends with this book and Spencer learns to lean on her team and friends. She will need them for the battles ahead.

I liked the relationship between the characters. I loved seeing Birdie grow throughout the first 3 books. I liked how the storyline progressed and how the cases intertwined. I also liked that both main characters were multidimensional. It was a solid police procedural . It was worth the credit.

I liked everything about this book!The characters were believable and the storyline. The characters were believable and the storyline. The subject matter,while challenging was timely and handled with respect and care.
I can see this being a great chose for book clubs and can only imagine the rich conversations that may take place. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I don't usually listen to short books but I took a chance on this one and I am very grateful that I did.
It was a great story. The main characters were fully fleshed out. It was great to have two people of color that were not your typical size 2 being seen as fully developed people with full lives finding love.
Plus Zeus was so cute. I also loved the Zeus was a rescue dog that brought them together.
I will look for other books from this author. I am a fan.

This was the perfect Audible to end my summer listening binge. I loved everything about it from the storyline to the readers. If you are looking for a great romantic comedy with well developed diverse characters then look no further. I can already see this as a movie, one that I will pay to see!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this book. Cas is a fully developed character. Her resilience is evident in the way she has made a life for herself. I love her relationship with the police chief.
I am excited to learn more about Cas in the next book as she begins college. I hope there are more books to come in this series. Representation matters, and a series featuring a Native woman as the lead is wonderful.
This was totally worth a credit.

A great visit with old friends!

This is one of my favorite series. I've the town and the people of Henry Adams. I love the whole Blessings series each book is like sitting on the couch looking through old family photos while listening to the elders tell the story behind each picture.
Every time I read or listen to a book in this series I don't want my time there to end.
Do yourself a favor and pick this book or better yet, start with the first book and enjoy your time in Henry Adams, Kansas. You will probably want to move there.
