Way too long, and monotonous. Spends way too much time trying to distinguish between inbound and outbound marketing. Don't think the distinction is that important. I couldn't finish it.

Good insights, but way too long and in the weeds

Great lessons learned and wisdom, but it goes in way too much details on the historic nature of things. Summary chapter captures insights, well, you can skip ahead and only lose on the historic lectures. Had an academic tone to it, that some may like.
