Story
In The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo, Amy mines her past for stories about her teenage years, her family, relationships, and sex and shares the experiences that have shaped who she is - a woman with the courage to bare her soul to stand up for what she believes in, all while making us laugh. Down to earth and relatable, frank and unapologetic, Amy Schumer is one of us: She relies on her sister for advice, still hangs out with her high school pals, and continues to navigate the ever-changing boundaries in love, work, and life.

Wasn't What I Expected & Loved It More for That!
Reviewed: 09-02-16
Being an avid reader of books authored by comedians, telling light hearted and funny life stories from their lives, I didn't expect such a lack of comedy - and I mean that in the best way! Amy Schumer displays a whole different side of herself with such honest and raw stories and d emotions. I really enjoyed this serious side of her, a view of the other side of things; the other side of the comedian. Being a huge fan, I find it was a very enjoyable book, especially when it is read aloud by Amy herself. Will be recommending!

Story
In the first installment of the A Fire Beneath the Skin trilogy, the city of Klaar has never fallen. No enemy has ever made it across the Long Bridge or penetrated the city's mighty walls. Even when a powerful invading army shows up at the gates, the duke and his daughter, Rina Veraiin, are certain that it poses little threat. But they are cruelly betrayed from within and, in a horrific spasm of violence, the city is brought to its knees.

Good, But Not Her BEST, imo

According to Audible/Customer Reviews this is Chelsea Handlers highest rated and best selling book. In my opinion it isn't. While I did still love, enjoy, and laugh throughout, I would give it overall only 3.5 stars.
