Story
He arrived at the scene; his backup had disappeared. Then he heard the screams. Peeking around the corner of the tenement apartment building he saw two men holding down a young naked girl, viciously raping her while she screamed in absolute terror. In his first three years on patrol, Officer Sean Mulcahy arrested murderers, rapists, armed robbers, drug dealers, prostitutes, pimps, and encountered department and political corruption at the highest levels.
