This book started a little slow but really picked up. The AI narration wasn’t my favorite but didn’t detract from the story. Highly recommend.

This book was nothing like I expected it to be but exceeded expectations. I’m not usually a fan of romance, but I’m a huge fan of anything Sleepy Hollow and this doesn’t disappoint on the lore. While adding great new angles. Highly recommend.

I love the nostalgia of these books. Takes me back. Good for teens and young adults, and people like me who read them as a teen and love to look back once in awhile.

“My first lessons in spirituality and yoga had nothing to do with a mat, but everything to do with waking up. They included angels, seeing God, and being in Heaven. But, believe me, not the way you might think.” So begins Revolution of the Soul. What comes next sounds like a riveting memoir filled with uncensored moments of joy, pain, wonder, and humor. Except, this book is so much more than that. Seane's real purpose is to guide us into a deep, gut-level understanding of our highest Self through yoga philosophy and other tools for emotional healing....

The beginning was rough. I had a cousin that died from AIDS and it hit home. So I went to something else for a minute and processed. Then I went back to finish. My cousin wasn’t the only time I found a rough patch that hit on something that coincided with my life. I’m not much of a crier but I literally ugly cried through half of this book. I listen on my commute to work so I’m sure lots of people were side eyeing me but I don’t care. At the end I know I’ve worked through some things. Being from Indiana, you don’t run into many Mona’s, but I know now I wholly need one in my life. I hope Seane Corne knows what a beautiful book she wrote. Highly recommend.

She’s the expert, but in some chapters she seems to be telling guys to not take no for an answer. Having to be coerced is not playing coy or hard to get. Telling guys that is antiquated and dangerous.
