Excellent series that combines nature and the end of the world. Can't wait to hear the last book in the series.

I don't appreciate being preached at and unknowingly paying for it. Don't purchase this book, if you fell the same way. :0(

The narrator is excellent and the story line is well developed. The solving of each mystery reminds me of Columbo..."just one more thing."

It took me a while to get into this book, but the struggle paid off! In the beginning it was hard to keep all of the characters straight. I was told it is easier if you have the book with the maps and genealogy charts, but I did learn who all of the characters were in time.

There are so many interesting storylines in this book! Now I need to read Book 2 to find out what happened to everyone.

I started out reading this book, but couldn't really get into it. Then I started listening to it....and the narrator brought it to life! The storyline was new and exciting. I could picture Einstein as he spoke and loved all of the characters, except of course the bad guy.

What did you like best about this story?

This story has been compared by others to

What does Roger Allam and Emelia Fox bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Both are excellent narrators that bring life to an excellent line up of characters.

Who was the most memorable character of Only Time Will Tell and why?

Old Jack was my favorite character. He ended up tying all of the characters in the story together.

Any additional comments?

As I said before I cannot wait for the next installment of the Clifton Chronicles!

I highly recommend this book.

I read all of the reviews before listening to this book. They all claimed it to be the "next big thing". I do not agree. Probably the only reason why I made it through the whole book was the excellent narrator, Jim Dale. I found the storyline to be tedious and boring with too many loose ends never resolved. Hopefully, my next book to listen to will be another narrated by Mr. Dale.

I wasn't sure about listening to this book, but after reading the other reviews I decided to give it a try. I was unexpectedly surprised by the "old detective" feel to this sci-fi book. It was a joy to listen to and I expect it will be on my "repeat listen" list in the future.
