Expecting a story about a slime not about politics
Reviewed: 05-29-25
first hour was a group of demon lords arguing demon politics, it's silly politics very similiar in silliness as the dem/rep stuff that all the major news outlets cover. I've given up on it with 3 hours left. There is no slimes in this book so far except one mention of a previous action in an earlier book.

Story
When Noah sees an advertisement offering him a chance to rent a starship, he’s convinced it has to be a trick. Already having the worst day of his life, he’s willing to do anything for a distraction, including following a random stranger’s directions to the middle of nowhere to see a ship he doubts exists. Except there is no trick. The starship is real. And Noah’s life will never be the same.

Could of been better
Reviewed: 01-06-25
The Narrator had trouble with the characters, sometimes switching voices which made it a little confusing at times.
The MC's were annoying and a bit whiney.
The author pulled a cheap trick of ending the story in the middle of a dramatic scene, most likely to be continued in book two.

Worn out Clichéd tropes is the theme
Reviewed: 07-29-22
It had some interesting ideas it could’ve been good but the action is just crap. The MC is super nice guy who wants to kill the slaver who fed His family to the beasts he gets the drop on the slaver and says don’t move and then the slaver overpowers him. oh god horrible horrible clichéd tropes. I couldn’t finish the book.
