Story
It takes an obsessive mind to know one. And Daniel Clark knows the elusive killer he's been stalking. He's devoted every waking minute as a profiler to find the serial killer known only as Eve. He's pored over the crime scenes of 16 young women who died mysterious deaths, all in underground basements or caverns. He's delved into the killer's head and puzzled over the twisted religious overtones of the killings. What Daniel can't possibly know is that he will be Eve's next victim. He will be the killer's first Adam.

Story
The sleepy, eastern Washington wheat town of Antioch has become a gateway for the supernatural - from sightings of angels and a weeping crucifix to a self-proclaimed prophet with an astounding message. The national media and the curious all flock to the little town - a great boon for local business but not for Travis Jordan.

Perretti NEVER disappoints!
Reviewed: 05-10-23
The narrator was REALLY good; did an in trouble job at voicing each character and was so easy to listen to.
I love the way Perretti weaves the story of the struggle of American Christianity throughout this story all the while showing what Christianity truly is.
He's a masterful story-teller gifted by God to remind us of what Christianity is about - relationship with Jesus.
The suspense of the book is enough to keep the pages turning and leave you wanting more at each chapter and finishes off with the story's closure at the end.

Story
A thriller unlike any you have ever heard. A love strong enough to bring a tremor to your bones. A sacrifice powerful enough to make heaven weep. At the close of World War II, a shell-shocked soldier, Jan Jovic, was forced to inflict a game of life and death on a peaceful Bosnian community. In a few short hours, this young man was confronted by more love--and hate--than most experience in a lifetime. Years later, Jan has become a world-renown writer with widespread influence in the United States....

Story
Only God knew why Jillian Slater agreed to return to New Orleans on the news that her father had finally drunk himself to death. It's not like they were close. She hadn't seen him - or her grandmother, the ice queen - in almost 20 years. But when Adella Atwater, the manager of her grandmother's apartment house, called and said her expenses would be paid if she'd fly in for the burial, a free trip to New Orleans was too intriguing to resist.
