I'm so happy to find Staalesen. His books are very well written. The plots are relatively complex and interesting. I always learn something from the topics he selects as the story foundations. He's my new fav mystery writer.

Story
As passionate as it is profound, Atlas Shrugged is one of the most influential novels of our time. In it, Rand dramatizes the main tenets of objectivism, her philosophy of rational selfishness. She explores the ramifications of her radical thinking in a world that penalizes human intelligence and integrity.

A true American Classic, ATLAS SHRUGGED, should be required reading for all Americans. The narration was excellent and the writing was thought provoking. It is a book that will stretch your thinking and will stay with you forever.

This was an engaging story with many twists and turns. I would highly recommend it. The settings were lovely. The characters became friends. I felt sad to finish this book.
