Very Soothing

I didn't know what to expect when I started listening to this audio. But as soon as I started listening, I was hooked. The voice is very soothing and the stories well written. Some will make you smile like Thyago the cat, others will make you reflect on life. like the magic wand, a tale about manifesting one's dreams (at least that's my interpretation).
I listened to the stories before bed, while doing chores as a background voice and while working ( in lieu of my usual relaxing music). If after listening to the stories you are still stressed or restless, keep listening to the mindful and meditation exercises that follow. Once you have listened to all of them, you can go back to the one you need and let you guide. You won't realize how relaxing this audio is until you stop listening. I highly recommend.
And if you have kids, tell them you are listening to bedtime stories just for the look on their face, or let them listen with you. Though the stories are geared towards adults, they remain kids appropriate.
