Great Way to Wind down the Day
Over the past few years I have been struggling with insomnia and anxiety and other sleep issues. I must say the narrator of this audiobook provides a soothing calming effect to put anyone at ease. The stories are interesting and unique to help anyone who needs to wind down and decompress. I particularly like the Chapter titled Dawn, which helped me relax and turn off my mind before I took a nap. Highly recommend this for everyone!

Perfect AudioBook to put you to Sleep
I found this audiobook so soothing to listen to. The narrator's tone of her voice was so serene and relaxing. It brought the stories to life but in a peaceful manner. Overall, I enjoyed the stories right before dozing off in the bliss of slumberland. Highly recommend this book if you want to get some quality Zzzzs.

Helps Me Sleep Better!
I was pleasantly surprised to find this amazing collection of bedtime stories! I am definitely a stressed out adult. I often have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep. But no more! I have discovered this wonderful book, Bedtime Stories for Stressed Out Adults. The narrator is so soothing and the stories hypnotize me and lull me to sleep. I fell asleep quickly and when I woke up to use the restroom in the middle of the night, I felt soothed by the story that was playing and I was able to fall back asleep quickly. Instead of listening to the anxious thoughts in my head, I was distracted by these soothing stories and was able to get some restful sleep. I’m excited to share this collection with my friends and family!

Love these bedtime stories and meditations
I really enjoyed these bedtime stories and the meditations at the end. The narrator's voice is extremely soothing and the stories are interesting. The meditations are great to help put me in a calm state before going to bed. And when I wake up in the middle of the night and need to listen to something to help me fall back asleep, I put these stories on and they're perfect for that. Highly recommended!

Loved the stories
I'm a storie lover, this audiobook helped me to sleep and also use my imagination. There was a day that I had to pause because I was sleeping, and the meditation is really good. My body felt very relaxed, will continue to listen whenever I get insomnia .
