This is really an excellent audiobook. It's well narrated and is beautiful. I would highly recommend this book, especially if the anti-inflammatory diet is new for you.

I needed this audiobook

I currently at 10 and a CBT group and I wanted to listen to this audiobook to see if it was going to be just as effective as going to a group that I have not learned a heck of a lot from. And so far I see some things in here about how to control your stress, anxiety, and depression along with the understanding that what fritters is for I like about this audiobook did get a few breakdown the negative thought pattern to turn it into something positive and also helps you think about your core beliefs facing your fears and so much more I actually learned a lot from this audiobook.

This book is life-changing. If you are curious to learn more about anxiety, panic attacks, etc. or hoping to retrain your anxious thoughts, I highly recommend this book. It helps you rationalize and think-through your anxious thoughts and find ways to tolerate the anxiety. The exercises can be a little overwhelming at times, but they do help you think differently about anxiety. If you are on the fence, buy it. It's worth every penny and then some.
