You can tell this book was born from a great depth of experience, study and contemplation. I throughly enjoy his thinking, writing and speaking style.

As an aside, I’m grateful he was the narrator for the audible.

There is a lot of great lessons and insight in the One Rental at a Time story. His conservative and “learning your market” based approach stands in appreciated contrast to the hyped up personality driven alternatives. There is no better way to learn than from someone who’s walked the walk for longer than the past 5-10 years when everyone could be a real estate genius. There is wisdom and hard won lessons in his content that anyone can profit from.

It is simply enjoyable to listen to Phil M Jones talk about sales. His passion for the subject shines through every thought, method and experience he shares. This concise, insightful and helpful book is a must read for everyone looking to connect a service or product to the people who will receive value from it.
