No more excuses. "Let the lawn get shaggy and the paint peel from the walls," best-selling novelist Walter Mosley advises. Anyone can write a novel now, and in this essential book of tips, practical advice, and wisdom, Walter Mosley promises that the writer-in-waiting can finish it in one year. Brendon needs to become a better reader

Is there anything you would change about this book?
Brendon has great energy and a great voice, but his reading of this book was so awkward that I had to stop listening to it. I think the information is very helpful, but his starts and stops (often he sounds surprised when reading a word, like he didn't expect it to be there) were such a distraction that I returned it. If that kind of thing doesn't bother you, I WOULD recommend the material. But for me, I'll probably just get the paperback instead.
