Jimmy Tock comes into the world on the very night his grandfather leaves it. As a violent storm rages outside the hospital, Rudy Tock spends long hours walking the corridors between the expectant fathers' waiting room and his dying father's bedside. It's a strange vigil made all the stranger when, at the very height of the storm's fury, Josef Tock suddenly sits up in bed and speaks coherently for the frist and last time since his stroke. What he says before he dies is that there will be five dark days in the life of his grandson.

At first I wasn’t sure because the narrator was so good at sounding like young goofy girls. Then the story changed and it became a 5 star interesting mystery. Well done!

The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because of the last hour of the book. With a killer on the loose, Owen has no problem with River wanting to take a drive all by herself. Knowing Tex is out there, she goes home and walks around the property. Really?

Story
More than a decade ago, six kids witnessed unspeakable horror. Not all of them lived to tell. Riza is no longer that kid - troubled, angry, and filled with secrets. She’s grown up, and when she stumbles upon an on-line forum about the shuttered Northern Michigan Asylum, she tries to pretend it never happened - not the years of experimentation, nor the strange midnight writings, and most of all, not the murders. But someone wants her to remember. Deaths shockingly similar to those that occurred in 1989 are happening again.

Story
The biggest lie in history is about to be shattered. UFOs are real. In late June of 1947, three extraterrestrial craft were downed outside Roswell Air Force Base. Many more followed, revealing dozens of ET species and a Rosetta Stone to a new physics, an energy generation and propulsion system responsible for interstellar space travel. This new system could have easily replaced oil, gas, coal, and nuclear plants - and with them, the entire geopolitical and economic order on our planet. But a cabal of bankers, the military-industrial complex, and Big Oil stopped it.

I’m 70 and have always believed in UFO’s. I’ve watched everything that was televised and online. Nothing surprised me from this book. But I never knew that there was so much more to the Rendlesham Forest incident. I’m a big fan of Dr. Greer and this book was fascinating! Thanks to all who put themselves in danger.
