horrible narrator

sigh. could not listen long enough to even get a good feel for the story. Narrator made it sound like a couple of teenagers. supposed to be much older persons. just did not fit the story.

I would like to believe this has potential. The inflection and made up accent of the male just grated on my ears. I really tried. got to the part where they were getting intimate and I just did not care. stopped.

I have to agree with those who before me have said the main female is absolutly sstupid, Towards the end you would think she would understand evil needs to die. Tedious constant whining. Enough. Story was good in premise, just not follow through.

Great addition to the series

Finally we get to hear Tessa's story. Milo having been indroduced in the previous books did not let me down. How A.L. can constantly write charactors and stories that I seem to get lost in both emotionally and mentally, is so refreshing. So much depth to all the charactors. Thank You for not rushing the story and finally bringing these two together. Hints were dropped in the earlier books that there was someothing not quite right with Tessa's life. Here you get it all, her past and his.

Love Zoe , but she missed it with this one.

I love her Alpha male books. There is always a redeeming quality and they never seem to go too far. This one is actually sick and sadistic. I guess I just cannot stand such a weak female that would allow herself to be subjugated in such a manner. This is not entertaining at all. There is no romance. If you like humiliation and dominance then by all means go ahead and invest your money and time. Me nope. I miss the Russians. "sigh"

Oh those tough guys

I am such a sucker for Zoe Blake's tough guys. yes they're pushy alpha males, but deep down it's what we all want. these stories are so enjoyable and take me away from this boring Monday life I live thank you Zoe for that.

Anna Always provides a good story

Could have been so much better

Story did not flow. Just when you thought the storyline was going somewhere, it back tracks and reiterates some inner thought for the umpteenth time. Yes, there is sex, but that also lacks the little extra nuances to make it good. Ok so it could be the narration also. Falls flat. I feel sorry for the characters as they are written brainless. Too busy with garbage to actually try to think of a way out of the situation. OOHH yes, I have to have that massive c##k. How about a real conversation since you are trapped and giving everyone a show constantly? Some great law enforcement officer NOT!!! Will not listen to any more of these books. I feel as though I lost some brain cells trying to make sense of it all. So very sad for what could have been a good story line.
