A beautiful recounting of a loving family! Whoopi, thank you for sharing your life with us. I read this alone and then share the audiobook with my children. They loved Whoopi’s sense of humor and they requested a Whoopi film marathon! Your gift of sharing your family with us gave my family moment to come together!

As a parent or guardian of a teenaged boy, you understand the unique challenges that you have to overcome - your son’s lack of communication and poor listening skills, the mood swings, lack of discipline and, maybe, even some personal hygiene issues. But the same precious and loving son is still in that overgrown, clumsy body. You just must learn to understand that most of what you are dealing with is a normal part of going through puberty and maturing.

Don’t waste a credit

This book offers, no special insight to parenting teenagers other than be a good parent. Discipline your child don’t beat them, allow them to pay restitution, give them some space. I’m not sure I should’ve expected much more with an hour run time, but this was a big disappointment.

Open your mind to better understanding

Do the work to better understand yourself, try to understand your partner, and your relationship (from it came from and where it’s going). Simply amazing and learned so much about myself and the break points of past relationships. I now also listen to her podcasts. Sure, she has an accent but it’s understandable, not difficult to understand at all.
