Love this series, sometimes books go to fast for there own good and this series while does have its slow points, still manages to keep you engaged throughout the story while not going to fast. I love it!

With each rival my syndicate eliminates two more appear, and they are out for blood. The assassin’s guild, the dwarven miners, and the elven overlords are all looking to put our heads on a pike. If my whiskey business is going to thrive it's going to take a little magic, all of their skills, a lotta luck, and the help of an enslaved djinn to overcome the odds against them. The risk is high, but the rewards are money, power, women, and revolution. Those are worth dying and killing for, so keep your blades sharp.

I highly recommend this book!!!!
If like this genre, and want a book you just don’t want to stop listening to this is the book for you. Story is big for me and it has, but a good audio book needs good narration. A book can have a amazing story, but can be ruined by a horrid narrator. Thankfully this isn’t one of them, perfect people for this book. Wide range of voices and separated for male and female voices witch I find helps a lot. Please keep them coming.

I am a huge fan of the genre, so sometimes I get bored and I see the same thing in different books. Witch is bound to happen with as many as I read but skulduggery grabs and most importantly KEEPS my attention from beginning to end. And yeah very book has it’s slow moments, but with this series I just don’t care because I love the story and characters he’s created so much I don’t mind. My only complaint is he can’t write them fast enough. Oh and the voice actors are brilliant, they only add to an already great series.

It’s got a good plot and finds me curious about the main antagonist. I’m a avid listener of this genre and can be kinda picky, Hondo jinxs’ barbarian books where ok but he really fixed what was broken in that series. My only problem is that I have to wait longer for the rest to come out. Plus any book read by Andrea Parsneau are amazing, she brings each character to life with such different voices....I love it!!!

One that he sought out after he’d come back from his tour of duty. That was before Melody, a contractor, more or less blew his life up as if it were a building packed full of C4. Then she pranced around the ashes of it like it was the end of the world and was conjuring up the end times herself.

His books are amazing, there hasn’t been one of his books I’ve not finished and been satisfied with.
If you don’t like harem books don’t get. But if you do, his are some of the best in the genre.
And Andre make all the characters come to life. I’m already itching for the third one.
