Story
As a boy, Thronos, prince of Skye Hall, loved Lanthe, a mischievous Sorceri girl who made him question everything about his Vrekener clan. But when the two got caught in the middle of their families’ war, tragedy struck, leaving Thronos and Lanthe bitter enemies. Though centuries have passed, nothing can cool his seething need for the beautiful enchantress who scarred his body - and left an even deeper impression on his soul.

Yet another fantastic installment in the Immortals After Dark world. The story of Thronos and Lanthe gives more depth in the overlapping stories of this series. Thronos is all good and Lanthe is his mate even though she has been running from him for 500 years.
I would run too if I essentially threw my best friend, who just happens to be a powerful Sky Lord, off of a cliff (sans wings).
In the end they find there way back to each other and readers get one step closer to the next Accession.

Story
Nola Leary would have been content to stay in Kilcairy, Ireland, healing villagers at her family’s clinic with a mix of magic and modern medicine. But a series of ill-timed omens and a deathbed promise to her grandmother have sent her on a quest to Half-Moon Hollow, Kentucky, to secure her family’s magical potency for the next generation. Her supernatural task? To unearth four artifacts hidden by her grandfather before a rival magical family beats her to it. Complication One: The artifacts are lost somewhere in vampire Jane Jameson’s occult bookshop. Complication Two: Her new neighbor, Jed Trudeau, keeps turning up half-naked at the strangest times....

Molly Harper has done it again

I have every Molly Harper book and am never disappointed. Another easy listen with just the right amount of humor and romance. One of the few authors that makes me laugh out loud.
I love Amanda Ronconi and the fact that she narrates all of Molly's books.

Listened to Beutiful Bastard and had to have this next installment. I was not disappointed. Great new characters, character development and interation with characters from Bastard.
The price is right with or without a credit. I could not stop listening until the story ended.

Story
Genevieve McInnis is locked behind the fortified walls of McHugh Keep, captive of a cruel laird who takes great pleasure in ruining her for any other man. Yet when Bowen Montgomery storms the gates on a mission of clan warfare, Genevieve finds that her spirit is bent but not broken. Still, her path toward freedom remains uncertain. Unable to bear the shame of returning to a family that believes her dead or to abandon others at the keep to an imposing new laird, Genevieve opts for the peaceful life of an abbess. But Bowen's rugged sensuality stirs something deep inside her that longs to be awakened by his patient, gentle caress - something warm, wicked, and tempting.
