The emotions spilled out were at times heart-breaking.

I loved that I could picture some places as I lived in Charlotte, NC for 17 years, having just moved west.

Loved this. Such a throw back to the radio days.

That editor I wanted to knock her head off as well as the sister.

But I'm picky like that. Things I'm surprised weren't picked up.

Fun listen while working around the house.

Listened while doing a few home improvements.

This was over way to quickly. But I loved every second of it.

Book 4 of the series

Who doesn't love Reindeer Falls and all it's little holiday quirks?

Well for one Ryan doesn't which is sad. BUT..... The Christmas Cop aka Maggie is there to change things up a bit for Ryan.

Told from Maggie's POV, I do wish we got Ryan's I'd love to know what was in his head most of the time.

I'm looking forward to the other brothers falling victim to the ladies charms and er goats.

Book 5

OH Sutton and your gaggle of rescue goats.

How you didn't put two and two together to realize that now that Uncle Joe passed that land would not really be abandoned...... Anywho, your goats are cute and well that makes it forgiven'ish.

I do agree, we need to fix the book club selections.

But hot DAMN having a Sheppard man in your bed, GURL! You! Is! Lucky! And so far, the LUCKIEST b/c that Jake knows a thing or four. HELLO!

Book 6

Oh Lexi what have you gotten yourself into.

I gotta say, it took me til about chapter 3 of book 3 to realize what Uncle Joe did. I love that man. He knew his nephews and the girls of Reindeer falls.

Loved the little round up at the end.

First off, I had grabbed this for my 11 yr old. But on a long'ish drive I decided to give it a go. Boy am I happy I did.

The narration is prefect. Well done.

The story was engaging and entertaining. I literally laughed out loud a few times. Can't wait to listen to the rest of the series. As a 44 yr old mom this tickles me.

Not sure of the low star reviews (on Goodreads). I loved this. What Emma went through makes my heart hurt.

Reed's patience is astounding.

Seeing Nora open up was breathtaking.

I'll admit I was confused a good bit of the book with 2 narrators doing the POV of about 6 people. But all in all I'm enjoying this world and will continue to the next book.

The female narrator made Arlyn sound like a 12 yr old esp when she would whine that she wasn't a child. It was sorta laughable.
