Great information but needs companion pdf

I enjoyed this audiobook very much. This is three books in one and it explains perfectly how it feels in the early months of pregnancy, and reassures you about the changes in your body and emotional states. But not only! In fact, there are lots of exercises and Technique of relaxing for natural childbirth. The voice is like a friend. If you are looking for a guide on pregnancy, this one is well done. I recommend it to all my preggo friends and also to all mom to be.

I'm pregnant (I'm in my 35 weeks), and listen to this audiobook is very helpful for me! I love the week by week explanation of child development, the advice and recommendations that the author gives you. This is the first audiobook I bought on pregnancy and I think that it is complete and fantastic! This is the right listening for all moms-to-be.

This is a wonderful audiobook for guiding a mom-to-be and dad-to-be through pregnancy. I got it right away and listen through; now I'm at 20 weeks pregnant I feel quite prepared. I think that this audiobook is very matter-of-fact, without an underlying agenda. Most pregnancy books I've found are very one-sided ("home birth is best" etc.) or just flat-out patronizing. I would absolutely recommend this listening.

I really loved this audiobook. When I found out I was pregnant again and the initial shock wore off, I knew I was going to do everything to have this baby the way I wanted. No medication or intervention if at all possible. My first baby was born with a caesarean ... this time I experienced everything that I had not experienced the first time. I was scared like it was my first experience, but then I put into practice what I learned, the relaxation techniques etc .. and it was amazing.
