I have never enjoyed a book as much as I have this, and the two that preceded it… Tattoos on the Heart and Barking to the Choir. I am compelled to look at and love others the way that Jesus did, without convicting them of anything, or expecting anything in return.

I have never listened more intently to a book and felt so compelled to like with compassion. I’m left in tears and only wanting more of “G’s” stories.

Incredible book!

I completed this book within 24 hours of starting it. I feel personally connected to Leymah and the stories she so vulnerably shared, I cried through the last few chapters, the pain and the triumph are inspiring. I am grateful also for the education on something I’m ashamed to admit I knew nothing about.
